Its definitely different for everyone. I did it for probably six months, only lost maybe 10 pounds. I was on the old program, and with me it became obsessing with points. I'd rather eat 2 points of something like low fat chocolate than 3 or 4 points of fruits/vegetables/lean meat when the fruits/vegetables are obviously a…
