The elliptical I use asks my weight and age so I trust it. MFP doesn't know what level of resistance you were using or how fast you were going. I go anywhere from 3-8 MPH on the elliptical. I do a cross training program so it varies throughout my workout how fast I am going.

Love them!! I use the small ones for breakfast. I put lowfat or soynut butter on it, sliced up banana and some low fat granola. Yum! I also use the bigger ones for sandwich wraps and pizza. They are great!

What a good idea. Didnt know you could cook it in microwave without butter. How much is an ounce woudl you says, in terms of cups or tablespoons?

There is a thread on here about that, I am thinking you enter it as circuit training, because you do more than just plain walking. I do these workouts as well as te 30 day shred on days when I don't make the gym.

You might want to have a blood test done. You could have a hormonal imbalance. Are you on birth control pills? If so, you may need to have your pill changed. That happened to me and I've been on new pills for 4 months and it seems to be helping I think.

A lot of times when I go to McD's I get a burger and either fruit and yogurt parfait, fruit and walnut salad or a side salad. It's not so bad then!

You can cut it up and put it in a bowl of water and put in backin the fridge and it will bring life back to it. I also just did this with some romaine lettuce leaves as well. I cut both celery and the lettuce leaves from the heart and soak them in a bowl full of water, in the fridge!

I usually do 30-40 minutes of cardio plus cool down.

I do the 30 Day shred video occasionally when I can't make it to the gym and I think the 3 lb weight are good to start off with. I have carpeting and find that works just fine.

I try to keep almonds and soy nuts in my drawer along with a 100 calorie snack pack or 90 calorie granola bar. I need to go get some fruit for this week though.

Maybe you could join a gym to hemp with the workouts? Maybe join a class at a gym?

I started on this site earlier in the year and just used it for about a month. I have been using it everyday though since Labor Day. I log on daily (multiple times). Feel free to add me as well!

Depending on what kind of soup it is, I add either salt, pepper or other spices, maybe some parmesan cheese on top too. I also like to dip the flavored Triscuits in it. I like the Rosemary Olive Oil the best!
