I have a few water bottles that are 20-28 oz. each. I fill it with filtered water before I leave the house for work in the morning. I sip it my whole way to work. Rum and diet is only like calories I think

I liek to snack on almonds, skim milk string cheese or an apple with some reduced fat peanut butter.

I do calories, fat, carbs and protein, but I mainly just pay attention that I am under my calories and close to what it says for the rest.

I'll be in too.. I gained my weight from partying after I got done with college and eating wrecklessly and drinkig too much with my friends. I am closer to my goal than I was in the beginning of the year, but still have some more weigth to go. Plus I want to get more fit in gerenal. P.S. Add me if you want, I am 30 yrs old…

Fries. Sometimes I will just sneak a couple to satisfy the craving or if I am at home, I make home made ones and bake them. They are great baked!

I do, I just add it under part of my cardio for strength training, just the same as I do with any weight machines I work out on.

I do it Tuesday morning, after going to the bathroom and after showering. I do it naked after drying off and before I eat or drink anything. I do it on Tuesday so that any mistakes I made on the weekend I can try to make up for on Monday. :drinker:

I use light or fat free miracle whip, all white meat chicken, celery, red grapes and sunflower seeds. You could even throw in small chunks of apple's if you'd like instead of grapes. I've used celery salt in place of actual celery if I didn't have any.

I do interveal traing on the stationary bike at my gym and in 15 minutes I usually burn a lil over 100 calories. I found that the elliptical helps me burn the most calories.

Go to the Salvation Army or similar thrift store and buy used clothes while you are in between sizes. Maybe you can take your old, bigger clothes to a consignment shop and try to make some money on them. That's what I do!

I go out about once a week and drink Rum and Diet Cokes. I lost 30 pounds earlier this year and still drank these drinks, about 5-7 drinks a week. Drink Diet pop, not juices or wine. If you must drink beer, make it a light one.

I am 29, F, 5"6 and about 156 and I also burn 100 calories per 10 minutes according to the elliptical machine at the gym. It asks my age and weight.

I do too. Our gym hands out towels when you first walk in and I always have it on the machine with me when doing cardio. At least you know you are sweating out toxins, so that's a positive way to look at it. Just make sure you drink water after you work out or even during to replenish the hydration you are losing.

I have oatmeal alot for breakfast as well. I keep healthy snacks in my desk drawer as well. I also have my bottle of water at my desk to drink out of all day.

Did another 45 yesterday, so I am up to 98.

I saw some all balck ones I liked at the store the other day and they were 99.00. I don't walk much, so I was wondering if they'd do me any good. I usually do the elliptical and boke at the gym and that's the only place I wear my shoes at for working out. I occasionally walk outside.
