I completed Day 3 Level 1 yesterday...still hurting and still had to take a few 5 second breathers. Can't wait until day 5,6,7 for my endurance to be up like Jillain says.

I make this with 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cup skim milk, tbsp cocoa powder and tbsp of honey. Sometimes I add a tsp of ground flaxseed as well. Yummy!

I coupon. I use an organizer that I bought at the dollar store to put them in. I get coupons from the Sunday's paper, ones I get with free samples, Facebook, and sites such as coupons.com. HotCouponWorld.com has a lot of great info. It matches store ads with available coupons. I shop for my groceries at Kroger and Meijer…

I was gonna use brown rice and vanilla coconut milk as I have a half gallon of it I bought to try. It's ok, but I like soy and almond milk better.

For Easter, I made brownies using pumpkin. I thought they were "ok" but nobody else liked them. I just used a box of Duncan Hines brownie mix and 15 oz. of pure pumpkin. They were very dense and heavy, but good enough to ease my chocolate craving.

I use a rag. It can be bleached and thrown in the wash. When the fiance does the dishes (once in a blue moon) he uses a sponge. Then it sits by the sink afterwards and starts to stink. Sponged are havens for bacteria to grow, gross!

Hamburger, side salad. Watch the dressing, high in calories and/or sodium. Fruit and yogurt parfait or fruit and walnut salad is good with a haumburger too. I also like the apple dippers! Low fat caramel sauce.
