Nope, a great workout. I aim for at least 500 but prefer 600 cals per workout 5 days a week and then do a 1000 cal workout on the weekend. Michelle Bridges recommended ( from the biggest loser). Just be consistent and you will see results, oh and the slimmer you become the harder and longer it is to burn cals! Good luck.

Set yourself one goal a week, the weks fly by and before you know it your eating clean healthy food all the time.
