hi guys! why is it that i only got to know of this thread now? i started c25k 1st of august as well and repeated W1D1 yesterday, i felt i was not yet ready for week 2. but as i read through your post i feel that i can, so i'll continue with w1d2 today and hope to finish the whole program with you.. :happy:

im working more than 12 hrs also, what i do is everytime i go to the restroom i do at least 30 jumping jacks and when i go up the stairs i run... and i really check on the MFP calorie counter just so if i over eat on one meal i'll try to reduce on the next meal..

i tried the 30day shred the other day, it was a failure :-( i only got to circuit 2 (i stopped) and was already panting.. I was so sore yesterday that i made sure to repeat the process but before i started i went out and started the C25K, i was able to finish both and i feel great ;-). i'm still sore though, but that pain…

I just joined MFP yesterday, I'm actually looking for a motivation as I've working out for the past 2 weeks and instead of my weight going down it went up 1kg. :-( my current weight is 64kg my goal weight is 55kg, i've heard of 30 day shred only yesterday and want to try it - i'll start tonight..
