hello guys! as promised i will repeat W5d3 and i made it through, woooohhoooooo!!! and also finished w6d3 yesterday, slow but sure.. looking ahead of the program made me scared, i was thinking will i be able to finish 25minutes run without dying? but the weekly task prepared my legs and my lungs, but it was your support…

hello guyz! i finished w6d2 yesterday, very slow pace but i was able to finish it. i failed W5d3 though, so im planning to do it again tomorrow before i do the 25minutes run of w6d3. wish me luck! btw, congratulations to each and everyone of you! i have always believe that it's better for me to finish the work out running…

i wish i could say the same thing, i started w4d1 last night and i cheated.. 2nd round of running 5 minutes i stopped for around 20secs to catch my breath.. should i repeat it or go ahead to w4d2 :sad:

im into c25k for 3 weeks now, it's a brisk walk then run then brisk walk training program which trains you to run 5miles on the 9th week. i got hooked to it because i'm a lazy person and if it's only me i'd rather just walk then be lazy again, but the apps there's a trainor that tells you when to run and walk.

can i still join? i walked/ran 3.56 miles monday, rest day for me yesterday. i'm on w3d2 of c25k tonight.

done w3d1! :-)) so happy.. i wasn't sure i'd be able to finish it for the last minute run i really pushed myself not to stop (i was feeling my chest will burst), i kept thinking my buddies in the support group was able to do it i should not let them down.. i'll rest for tonight then w3d2 tomorrow night..:drinker: :drinker:
