Just keep going. I actually managed to do 30 Day Shred. It was difficult alright, but manageable. Then I tried the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism video and Jillian definitely made me her B**** on that one. I thought I was dying. Good luck!

I just completed day 7. I agree with what others have said, you SHOULD be really proud for getting through the whole 30 minute workout. The first day I only got through the first fifteen minutes but the next day I did 30 minutes of cardio (dance) without stopping before I did the Shred and found that it really helped me…
