Well I’m back to the community. I use the app off and on regularly the problem has always been getting the mind set. Every day is a reset to the point that the depression makes you give up. Well today is day #2 again !

For the money I paid for the fit bit I am very disappointed with it. Luckily I was able to sell it and purchased a Vivoactive it is more accurate and if you like to run or bike it is awesome!

I try to figure out my meals for the next day after dinner and I try to log most of it ahead of time. I find when I have already logged the food I may as well stick to it. I would drop the fast day for a while. Eat a maintenance diet for 2 or 3 days. Change up your exercise routine. Then back to the plan. Shake it up a little.

Considering I just started my plan today I was very good for Easter. I had none of the usual snacks like cold cuts crackers chips and nuts. I was selective at dinner taking small portions. And I had a cup cake with three mini eggs on it.

Like many there are a few places I would love to travel to like Australis,Italy, etc. I would love to learn to swim. I have taken lessons as a child , a young adios, and a middle aged adult. I guess I have one more option and that is to take lessons as an old adult! .... LoL.
