  • I personally wouldn't log anything but actual exercise. If you've gone on a very brisk walk, intentionally walking at a pace to raise your heart beat then count it, but if you've just worn it to do your cooking, walk up the stairs, go to the shop etc. I wouldn't count this .

  • If you ate 1,000 calories of lettuce a day, over 1,000 calories of potato/fat/chocolate etc. (obviously, don't do this!!) you are far more likely to lose weight on the lettuce because of the fat/carb intake. It is all worth watching :)
