Are you still smiling lol? :tongue:I really enjoyed it today - it seems to fly by much quicker than level 1 did, and I just sweat sooooo much I feel like I'm going to melt! I think I went a bit mad on those funny oblique twist disco-dance jump things though, I was bouncing all over - I might substitute those for more jump…

I agree with Deb - very sensible! I would be lowering my weights except I only have one set - 2kg! :( those chair squats with v raise are deadly - I had to take a lot of breaks! Feels good to be challenged again!!

Phew, I think I lost at least 5lbs in sweat!! It flew by which was good but I was really rubbish at a lot of the moves - oh well I have 9 more days to master them lol! xx

Day 9 DONE! I was rubbish today, zero energy. Legs flailing all over on the bicycle crunches. But I'm still proud of myself for completing it! Great job everyone, see you all tomorrow! xx

Day 8 of the Shred complete! Phew! Thanks guys for keeping me going as if I was doing this solo there is no way I would have pushed myself today. As I was stretching today I took a quick peek at level 2...OMG!! Hope you are all doing good xx see you tomorrow!

Day 7 DONE - go team!!!! I'm especially proud of you guys struggling with injuries but refusing to give up. Nearly at level 2, just 3 more days to go for level 1...I'm excited!! My workout today felt good, I was noticeably better on the push ups today but still lousy on those side lunges! See you all tomorrow! xx

Day 6 of the shred DONE! Well done to everyone for keeping going. I was lousy today, but I really tried to push myself. Yay! Bring on tomorrow...before we know it we will be on to level 2!!

Day 4 complete!! It's funny, I'm finding things difficult now that I found easier on day 1, like the dumbbell rows...I wonder if it is because my form is improving? Hope everyone else is doing well xx Bring it on, we're almost halfway through level 1!!

Wow, well done to everyone for getting through despite all the injuries and niggles! I completed day 2 and it seemed to go much quicker than yesterday! Had to cheat on some of the cardio but I got through it. See you all tomorrow! xxx

Loving all these ideas to adapt the moves...I twisted my ankle walking this lunchtime (not badly, but feels a bit tender) so I might have to walk the jumping moves tonight! xx
