Havent been logging in all week, been sick, did the 30 day shred only twice so im five days behind ye!!!!... but i am determined to do it every day for rest of month... Going to TAKE MEASUREMENTS TOMORROW TO GET ME PUMPED!

I would love to lose between 14 and 21 lbs.. And to run 5k in 35 mins And do the 30 day shred level 3 without taking a break! I have LOT TO DO BUT I m determined to do it!!!!!
