Not sure what your eating as your diary isn't open to public, but I would suggest eating more filling foods..meat/veggies/healthy fats with every meal and drink lots of water. If you're saving calories up for something special I'm gonna take a guess that it's not the most healthy which most likely = not satiating enough.…

paleo pumpkin pancakes are great! We do about 2 cups of pumpkin, 6 eggs, tbsp honey, 1/2tsp baking soda, and either pumpkin spice or cinnamon/nutmeg. Just make sure they brown a bit before you flip them. You can add blueberries in them, or top with strawberries, i like adding a bit of honey and cinnamon on time. SO good!

Whenever I cheat I always feel awful after. Headaches, tired, bloated, heavy, and mood change. As previous poster said, it never tastes as good as you think/remember. Since you include dairy in your diet I would suggest maybe trying a cauliflower/coconut/almond flour pizza crust instead and satisfy your craving but still…

Just put my 2 year old and 8 week old in a jogging stroller and went for a run. Weight loss is definitely possible without a gym! I lost 55lbs without it after my son and im doing it again now after my daughter was just born :smile:

With my son I went to 300 and then near the end I did 150. Depends how many times your baby is feeding:smile:

I was in your same boat with my first baby. A good way to excersize with them is by going on runs with a jogging stroller on long walks/hikes with them in a carrier. I have got so much use from a good Ergo carrier and BOB jogging stroller! I would do my DVD's when my son fell asleep in the stroller just before we got home…

I lost 55lbs all while breastfeeding. I kept my numbers in the right brackets to make sure I didn't effect my supply. I am now 5 months pregnant with baby #2 and still breastfeeding baby #1 lol.
