I just bought this too! After is definitely best, particularly if you are weight training, but you can drink it anytime. I think two scoops with fruits/veggies is considered a meal replacement.

Me too ... I just can't help it. I really should stop though, because the slightest upward fluctuation is upsetting to me and sometimes discouraging. You're definitely not alone!

I know what you mean. I'm somewhat picky myself - there are certain categories of food that I just can't deal with (and of course they are always some of the most highly recommended healthy foods) like beans and nuts.
