Hey! I'm doing it too, just did w3 d2 today! Wish I'd seen this thread when I started though, I didn't realise you had to do the workouts as many times as you could in the 7 mins :\ So that'll be why I'm not seeing much prgoress so far! Dach. Haha. I did it properly today though.

Hi, I just started this today too - did the first work out this morning! I didn't find it too tough - I was sweating like a pig and definitely working, but because it was just the 4 sets of 4 I found I got through them fine.
