week ending 8/30 Goal was 10 miles, I walked 12.5 miles. week ending 9/6 Goal 10 miles Weight is still 171 lbs. No loss, no gain. But I lost Inches so I'm good with that!

Hi, my name is Terri and I'm fairly new to MFP, started in late July. I'm really excited about this challenge and being on the Wappo Warriors team! I'm going to lose at least 5 pounds in September and I'm starting 30 Day Shred next week. Go team!

Hi, all! 8/22 weight in: 170lbs Down 2lbs! I also did the weekend challenge and burned 912 calories. Great motivating challenge for me, especially for a weekend.
