Hello! I think you could increase at 100 cals a week and up your intensity of your workouts. When you stop losing then you know to stop the calorie increase. Try to remember that calories aren't the only factor so look at protein, carbs, ect. :)

I love my Hip Hop Abs! SO much fun and a great workout! I got the deal with the weighted gloves and the extra 3 workouts for just a little extra. Love having the weighted gloves!

Get an accountability partner/group and find some workout programs you like. I wouldn't have kept going without my fitness friends and my programs I love! Loving zumba, Turbo Fire, and P90x. Now I run outside and have a partner I meet a couple times a week. Some days, I wouldn't do it if I didn't have someone to meet. Good…

I've done P90x and P90x2 all the way through. Have done some of the workouts in Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, Rev Abs, Body Gospel, Turbo Jam, Asylum, and 10 minute trainer. Currently doing turbo Fire. I love Turbo Fire for it's quick intense workouts. Never boring and gets a great calorie burn. I loved P90x2 for the shape it…

I don't when I'm trying to stay focused and loose weight. If I'm OK with maintenance then I have a cheat meal, never a whole day. I know me and I would go hog wild and think it meant all bets were off then I'd gain a ton in a day. I also think it is so much harder to stay focused when I have a cheat day. That next day is a…

I think you can if you add intensity. But doing a different program will get different results in areas that program didn't reach. Another great program is Turbo Jam. Easily modified and really fun! Awesome results come with it if you follow the program

I think it's great you are motivating a healthier lifestyle to your friends and family! When we start our journey it usually is because of weight. But I think the majority of us that keep with it do it because of wanting to be healthier, not just thinner. Paying it forward is so rewarding and she will thank you some day…

Insanity is tough but can be modified. The problem most people have is that they don't want to modify and feel bad that they can't keep up initially so they quit. IF you were dedicated and were working with a group/coach to help you through it then I think it is for anyone. IF you have problems with follow through or…

Seems like you might need to add some weight training in to your exercise routine. Increase your protein and calories while adding strength and weights and you will tone up and see inches go down since you are at a healthy weight already.

Jumping calories up and down each day will help, with an average of around 1200-1400 calories. Keeps your body guessing. I had a plateau after doing a particular workout for a period of time so I had to switch that up also. For example if you are running, don't do endurance running each time but add sprints, intervals, and…

Lots of great advice! Keeping a "clean" kitchen will really help. Making sure trigger food items aren't around to eat will help you to eat a healthy snack instead. I think a lot of people get into the mindset of "I can't control this" and allow the food to become an entity in itself. When in reality food is a nutrition…
