Loving the challenge so far! Did a 20 min HIIT run + 1 hour of yoga this morning - but zero squats today. Hope everyone is enjoying the challenge as well. We're entering triple digits tomorrow! :love:

Did day 5 - forgot to log - still need to do day 6!

Try sumo squats - to me they are gentler on the knees - take a nice wide stance and point toes slightly outward - make sure when you squat that your knees are directly above the ankles - not extending out past them. Using a mirror is very helpful for watching and correcting your form. Good luck!

Oops forgot to post yesterday - day 30 - 60 squats - done. Today is rest ;-) My hamstrings are feeling it ~ will make sure to stretch them out today!
