I said if I had lost 2 lbs this week, I'd do it... I lost 2.4 lbs.... so here it is. And a bunch of progress pics are currently being uploaded to my photos. I've lost a total of 31 lbs. Hope to lose 60-70 more. Edit: trying again

Make you a deal: I weigh in on Fridays. So if Friday comes and I have lost 2 lbs since last week, I will do it. In a tankini though. And not as my avatar, but an avatar-size photo I post to the board. LOL I don't want to scare off my MFP friends with an avatar photo of THAT.

Checking in. I seem to be doing this every-other-day instead of daily. Sorry. I have been staying within my calorie goals, so I'm happy about that. Sometimes I get the chicken nugget kids meal with the apple dippers w/caramel dipping sauce instead of fries and a diet soda. You can check on mcdonalds.com and look under nutrition and see how many calories everything is. You can do this with most fast food chains. I always check the calorie content of fast food options…

I have go-to's that I eat for fast food when I'm on the go a lot. Just look up your favorite places and look at their nutritional info. Most have some pretty healthy choices. HTH!

Well, if you look at the guidelines of trying not to lose more than 2lbs per week, you have 18 weeks till Christmas.... So at 2 lbs per week, you could lose 36 lbs.
