195.6 on Friday. I'm bouncing around between these few pounds because I'm honestly not as strict with myself. Damn holidays!! I've GOT to get back on track. At least I'm still exercising, so it's taking off the extra calories I'm eating & letting me maintain.

Great job!! I'm a SAHM too (my son is 2 1/2) and I gained 35 lbs during my pregnancy... went from 215 to 250! And I'm only 5'3. It took me til NOW to reach under 200 (195.6 as of this morning) and I think you are an inspiration!

I'm standing at 196.5 today, which means I've gained about a pound from all the Thanksgiving goodies! At least we're now out of leftovers so I can get back on track. I'd like to see 194 by Christmas.

This. PLUS, if you let yourself have small treats through the week & just take those calories into account, you don't need the binge day to keep from feeling deprived. The binge day will just set back your progress every week.

@ the fitness center @ my apartment complex, there is this guy who sits up there at night & lifts weights. BUT, he'll do a set of 10 reps of something, then just SIT THERE for like 10 minutes before doing another set! And by "set", I mean on just one or two machines. I got my HRM at Academy Sports but you can get them cheaper on Amazon I believe! Just be sure it does calories burned or it won't do any good. LOL

caloriecount says 311 for "jogging - general" for 30 minutes. Ugh. I'm definitely getting a new HRM after Christmas!! If I average the three sources (MFP, caloriecount, and dailymile), I get 330. Think I might go with that...

I was just wondering about sizing this morning! I started out at 241.2 and I never wore jeans so I don't know what my jean size was. (I stayed in my maternity stuff - ick). Gold's Gym has Body Pump classes.... I've thought about trying a class when I join the gym in January, but I don't know if I'm up for it! On machines, I usually go with 25 lbs but with dumbells, I only have 5lbs. I also don't know for sure that I'll join Gold's... I may be joining Sportplex...
