There is one part where you wade through mud, but it says it's only going to be a few feet deep so you can wade across it. No actual swimming! And if it's too deep for your comfort, they'll let you go around the obstacle.

I've lost 43lbs but have another 58 to go (for a total loss of 101 lbs)! If you'd like to add me or message me at any time, feel free! Take it 5-10 pounds at a time! Don't think about "oh, I've got 90 pounds to lose", think "Only 5 more lbs til I am at ______:"

:-) It will be my first year doing it, but it looks like a TON of fun! I'm nowhere near Colorado (I'm in Alabama), but my mom and I are doing a road trip next year (to celebrate her finishing chemo) and we're making this one of our stops so I can run in it!

I'm only 24, but I think I'll always have the "santa belly" as I call it... the part of my belly that hangs down after giving birth to my son (the apron belly you call it). I fully intend to have a tummy tuck to get rid of it if it's still there once I hit my goal weight.

Yeah, I think I ate most of my calories in candy yesterday! But I stayed under my calories and worked out... and I had a 700 deficit, so I should be okay... maybe I won't see as big of a loss this week as it would've been if I would've eaten my calories in healthy stuff, but at least I'm not feeling deprived. LOL
