    Your personal goal - Walk 100 miles this month, 3,000 jumping jacks, and introduce pilates 3x/wk.
    How am I doing - I gave up on the jumping jacks....I will get back on it, but I don't know if I can still do 3,000. The miles are coming along, I'm 26.5 mi in, which means I have a hella lot to do, but it will have to get done! Pilates is going okay.

    Your personal goal - exercise burn 2500 calories per week
    How you are doing on your personal goal - 2066 calories burned so far this week. Should have no problem getting 500 burned today. Heading out for a long walk with the dog. Hope to go 3.5 miles this morning and will do at least another two miles tonight. Hoping to get some yard work done today also.

    Goal weight for challenge - 150 lbs.

    Your personal goal - Exercise at least 30 minutes - 6 days per week. Eat cleaner, less carbs, less sugar & more water!

    How you are doing on your personal goal - Doing good! Lost 1 lb. since last weigh in for a total of 2 lbs. lost now. Am exercising at least 30 minutes 6 nights a week as planned. Still working on eating A LOT better.....that is ever on-going!

    Personal goal to eat less sugary stuff... succeeding somewhat... birthday was last week and got 4 desserts bought for me and a bunch of dinners out.... hence my 0 weight loss last week

    How you are doing on your personal goal - has been work, work, work and social days off..haven't exercised..working 12 hr days am really struggling to fit everything in this week, mostly within my calories but could make better choices to make the most of my calories...am drinking heaps more water..but seem to be retaining it! am drinking heaps less tea and coffee and have given up soda
