    I stopped losing for like two weeks and I was really upset :( but I upped my calories a bit and it seems to be working!

    Self-Challenge: Cutting back on sugar and working out more
    How you are doing on your personal goal - working out HARD 5 days a week... sugar thing is better, not fixed, but getting there:)

    So I started doing a boot camp class about a week ago and suddenly up 3 lbs.... have succeeded on lowering my sugar intake
    and hoping from what i have read that its just water weight in my now PUMPED muscles lol

    So the holiday curse begins. I didn't go to work today and spent the day running errands and hanging out with my daughter. While I tried to be thoughtful about my food choices, I was over my caloric goal. However, tomorrow I will be attending the Turkey Jam @ Lifetime Fitness. 60 minutes of athletic step! Here's to trying :) Happy Thanksgiving

    How are you doing on your personal goal - managed to log everyday this week :). Unfortunately I've been struggling to get the exercise in - managed 3 sessions

    Back from holiday, little sunburned, but caught up with fab friends, was nicely surprised to see i have lost :)
    ...and my knee seems to be getting better so i should be able to kick up the exercise again...strangely i have missed it...

    Last check in for me for November.

    Starting weight for challenge - 155 lbs.
    Today's Date - 11/26/11
    Today's weight - 153 lbs.
    Goal weight for challenge - 150 lbs.

    Your personal goal - Exercise at least 30 minutes - 6 days per week. Eat cleaner, less carbs, less sugar & more water!

    How you are doing on your personal goal - Didn't quite make the 5 lbs. for November, only lost 2 (gained & lost 1 of them twice!). Better set a more realistic goal next time.

    Am still exercising at least 30 minutes 6 nights a week as planned. Still working on eating A LOT better.....that is ever on-going!

    Challenge: Going to my Purebarre class 5 times a week, and going to a hot yoga class at least 3 times a week.

    Ahhhh Thanksgiving! Darn you! (I ate way too many calories!!!!) But I did stay away from the pie and desserts!

    This is for last week; with company over I completely forgot to post for 11/26!

    Today's weight - 216 (rounding up from yesterday)
    Goal weight for challenge - 215 (modified from 220)
    Your personal goal - To drink no more than 3 servings of soda per week.
    How you are doing on your personal goal - I'm surprised I did so well! I have been having some health issues so my loving boyfriend got me ginger ale (yay!) and then I realized that it was still classified as soda, so I only had 2 cans and then left it alone.

    I would be almost down to my goal...but for Thanksgiving! It was the lightest Thanksgiving on record for me, but then we went to my grandmother's house and she served us some yummy, yummy pie! Back on the wagon this week!

    I stuck with my goal of exercising 6x per week (finished 30DS and am now on week 2 of RI30). I drank a bit more than I intended.
    December will be a bit harder but my goal is to be 119 by Christmas.

    well, it's been a fairly successful month. On Sunday the 19th, I was at 222.2 and just new I would make my goal weight of 221 for Novemeber. However, I came off Thanksgiving Day week with a +7 lbs. Amazing how fast you can put it on by eating all of Grandmas Crab Salad.

    I decided to do the December challenge and get more involved with our Team

    Big lesson for this challenge.....weight loss now means holding off on the goodies...they will be there next year when I'm learning to Maintain!! my weight.

    Overall successful!! Great Work :flowerforyou:
