    Personal Challenge: to be under my calories 6 out of 7 days each week, (shooting for 7 out of 7 and absolutely none above maintanence)

    Personal goal: To eat less processed foods. I do pretty well already but would like to cut down frozen meals to no more than 2 a week.
    Also I would like to get at least 800 exercise minutes a week including all types, cardo, strength yoga, etc.
