I weigh once a week because I don't have a scale at home and I only work weekends, so I use the scale at work :)

See a doctor, it could be something more that natural remedies won't fix. Listen to your body, if it hurts, it's telling you something is wrong :) Good luck :)

Same-ish boat. Down 20 lbs and same pants, belt's tighter, but that doesn't mean much when I'd rather be in different jeans. I'm sad we're dealing with this, but glad I'm not alone. Keep it up!!

I worked out solid for a month, then took yesterday off, I feel SO much better today and ready to tackle the world! I'm doing what my body tells me, rather than having a plan, seems to work well for me :smile:

I was a size 8 while my husband was deployed, he came home and I'm a size 16. I don't blame him (or his amazing cooking abilities) just pointing out the difference.
