For lunch I have the same sandwich (ham and cheese) every day and maybe switch it up once a week to peanut butter and jelly. I love sandwiches! For dinner I usually eat the same things every week except for those delicious treats out to dinner once or so a month! But I like having consistency. :happy:

gained weight over the holidays too because of not counting calories and slacking on workouts. it took me awhile to see those pounds gone but i'm back and i'm glad the holidays are far off now!!

How tall are you? 110 lbs would be low if you are tall and i think you'd be more worried about your liver if you have a problem. I heard some girls at my school saying how diet pills made their heart beat really fast after they took them! That does not sound healthy. I wouldn't mess with them. Do it naturally and your body will be happier and your heart/health won't be at risk.

Trust me you ARE NOT crazy! Try to keep yourself distracted and calm. What I do when I know I'm not hungry (I'm just upset or bored) is brush my teeth.
