I try to figure out why I binged. Then I try to not let myself get to that point again. Usually I don't log my binges because I feel so ashamed of myself or I log them over the week until all the calories have been accounted for (if that makes sense)..I've started to log again to try and see if I'm getting enough protein…

Feel free to add me. Got to my goal weight after 2 years of hard work on MFP. I let 1 year of not sticking to my plan go by and I'm about 10lbs from where I was 2 years ago. mac n cheese or mashed potatoes with a little bbq sauce peanut butter and maple syrup sandwiches raspas and pickles I used to eat lucas like there was no tomorrow chocolate milk with banana for breakfast (still good :))

Black bean burgers are the best! :) You can find recipes online and easy to make. I use onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, canned unsalted black beans (but the salted one is fine too) one egg, a little bit of garlic and breadcrumbs. Thanks for the encouraging news. I am constantly worried about having a baby when I finally am being healthy again! Another reason for me to continue to lose weight because I will be married this year and who knows what will happen next. :)
