I think so! You know the guy on King of Queens! I think he's cute and funny! :) I like a guy who can eat but I also think if their health is majorly affected I would look down on them for not doing something. There's a limit.

i think a cheat MEAL once a week is fine. i usually have one or two a week and i lose weight pretty steadily. i love food! i don't want to give up everything! moderation is key! or at least it works for me!

before i started this journey i thought maybe i was a 4 or 5. finding confidence now i say with personality and physical appearance an 8.5

i picked the weight i was when i was active in HS. :) but i also looked at my BMI and wanted it to be in the middle of the healthy range.
