The best thing I can do is not have tempting food around and reason with myself not to go get a pint of ice cream (I live right across from the supermarket)! I get really hungry too. I just try to keep chugging water like crazy and chew gum. Try eating fruit if you get the sweet craving!

i use study blue. it's notecards but online and can be accessed on your phone and any computer! i normally don't use notecards because i lose them lol so having them online really helps with vocab. and terms for psychology! :) check it out! you can type notes on here too! http://www.studyblue.com/

I think the best you can do is just eat lots of fruits and veggies, chug water everyday, watch your sodium, no sugary drinks (includes the store bought juices), no sodas (no diet ones either) and exercise like mad! It might not get you to 10 lbs but maybe close...good luck!:flowerforyou:

Today, I want a loaded baked potato with sour cream, bacon bits, cheese, butter, chives...oh man. I don't even know why! :love: Yesterday, I wanted a cheeseburger and a milk shake! I guess it's sorta good that I am broke right now and can't buy these things!

I take the wrapper off and break it into rows of 3 and then break those rows into squares! It MUST be done this way for me! That is when I eat one...:frown: been so long

Try bringing your own food! It's not impossible. I lived with people who invited me all the time to the buffets, fast food places and such (and even bought junk to my room).
