I consider my weight loss process as a lifestyle change. I know too much now to just forget about how many calories are in food and how wonderful it feels to be lighter and energized to go back to my old "fat" self.

You should be proud that you are doing it the healthy way! Don't worry about the other people because they will try to bring you down along with all your hard work! As long as you are working toward better health and feel good I'd just keep going! :flowerforyou:

1. a whole medium box of pepperoni pizza from dominos and some cheetos 2. LOTS and LOTS of ramen. my parents fed me it all the time! i still like it but i know it's bad for you :/ 3. Mcdonlads 2x a day.

IF it was my final meal of my life and I knew it...I probably would be so indecisive! I'd have to go with a buffalo chicken ranch sandwich, some fries, a margarita, and a fudge sundae. Of course I'd want someone to eat with me! A final meal by yourself is kind of ridiculous.
