If you really feel like working out. I'd do light exercises like a short 20 minute walk. But if you can't do it then you can't do it. We all get sick. So I would rest so you can continue on where you left off when you feel better. :smile: Just watch your calories and you should be fine. Get well soon!

I agree with you completely. I mean seriously, there's no need to be negative and mean. Maybe the newbies don't know as much as the veterans on here. I try to be nice to everyone and on the posts I don't agree with - I leave em be. How hard is that?

I adjusted mine to 1250 because I get hungrier some days then other days. Usually I'm under but maybe once a week I go over by 200.

Way to go! When I do errands or am at the grocery store I'm ALWAYS tempted to buy junk food or fast food especially when i'm hungry! But if you keep up your willpower soon enough you won't even think about going there! :) Yay for willpower!

I'm not much of a social exerciser either unless it's on walks so you don't have to think about the time. But if it's something like running or weight lifting...I like to keep my focus where it belongs! Otherwise I lose count of reps and can't focus on my breathing. Plus if i'm running it's more of a "ok, uh huh, yeah"…

Yes, I feel heavier/fatter some days than on other days. On my heavier days I wear a t-shirt because it covers up my stomach! Sometimes though if you get on the scale you'll realize that you are actually lighter but it's always a 50/50 thing...depending on TOM and salt intake. Oh the joys of womanhood! :grumble:

This is what I did: 11 days level 1 9 days level 2 10 days level 3 I saw results and I even took a few days off. :) it gets easier and if you keep at it then you will be able to master a lot if not all the moves! i still think some parts of all levels are easier than others. Don't give up!
