I would just go to the gym! I never like looking at other people because I'm looking at myself to make sure I don't look ridiculous. You could buy your own set of hand weights and do them while sitting at your desk or at home. If you can, take the stairs even if you can only go one flight. At the gym you could just do…

Usually, I just think about all the bad things that will happen if i take "one bite". I ask myself: Will I go overboard? Can I control myself if I eat this? Am I going to work this off? BUT if it's healthy food (grapes, carrot sticks etc), I usually just eat slowly and drink lots of cold water to feel full.

I did the raw food detox for a week. It was really hard since I like meat and cooked meals. On this thing you couldn't eat cooked anything. I just say no to everything that I KNOW I will eat too much of regardless of serving size. Especially chips. Mostly I learned to eat when I was hungry and not needing to feel satisfied.
