I feel guilty when I have a rest day :/ I feel inclined to work out everyday. I think I even get more hungry when I don't work out. My "rest day" consists of 20-30 minutes cardio. Usually it's 60 minutes a day or some type of workout with weights.

Try youtube! :) Jumping jacks, going up and downs stairs (if you have them in your place inside), if you are willing try -zumba (again look online), body weight exercises, etc. Just start moving! I love Texas but I don't like the way it makes me sweat from walking to the car!

Loud neighbors who insist on partying outside on a Monday when I know for a fact they have like 5 small children in their apartment (what's going on right now as I type this). Oh, and people who order meals that are too big for them, get full half way and then throw the rest away...there is such a thing as leftovers.

no shoes for me! i wake up and put on some shorts or just exercise in a sports bra and undies (i don't have a gym membership so it's all good in my own apartment). i barely wear shoes/socks unless i'm out of my home. socks bother me even when it's cold. :ohwell:

I like to have a "cheat day" once per week. But I try to keep it close to 2000 calories. So maybe it's just a cheat meal day. Hasn't hurt me and I get to enjoy a night out with my boyfriend. Win-win.

Might sound weird but I put some chopped cucumbers in my tuna sandwich (using tuna in water and only 1tbs of light mayo) and it was really good! Made the sandwich have some crunch to it. If you want give it a go! Usually I just eat the whole cucumber by itself
