Stay away from a lot of fried foods and eat veggies. Be careful on the soups because most have really high sodium. Otherwise just enjoy!

the same thing is happening to me. my legs and arms and even my waist got smaller. however my stomach is still (to me) almost as fat as before :cry: i'm sure as times goes by that it'll shrink but i can understand how frustrating it is to see progress in every other aspect of your health but be still left with an unsightly…

If you want to eat a high calorie meal like a burger (which are pretty good!) you can just eat only half and eat the rest the next day or give it away! This is what I do at any restaurant. Otherwise I'd skip the sugary drinks and get plain iced tea or water with lemons, no appetizers and look for something on their website…

We just have to learn from our mistakes! I've had plenty of those days too and guess what? I'm 20lbs lighter because I didn't give up yet. I still have more weight to lose but as long as I don't let the past bad food days or lazy days get to me it won't be the end of me. Just remember what you want and visualize yourself…

yes this definitely happens! but you will adjust and realize less salty tastes sooo much better! also, i make my own chicken meat and shred it or half a chicken breast and use it in a sandwich with whatever you can think of to please your taste buds (healthily of course!)

i'm never going to be a size 2. maybe not even a 4. my hips are large and i have a decent size butt! of course i've never been below a size 8 in my life. i don't think size pants should matter as much as how much body fat you have and bone structure! as long as you are healthy and happy with yourself. :flowerforyou:

i hate shaving my legs. it takes too much time and effort when i'm tired and have tests to study for. of course as summer approaches i will do it more often but for now nobody notices. plus i have blonde hair on my legs and my boyfriend doesn't seem to mind...just as long as he gets some! :laugh: of course everything else…

I could never tolerate too much cow milk so I'm glad I found almond milk (almond breeze i think). I use the unsweetened version (40 cals per cup!!) and it tastes great with cooking, cereal, and it's soo good for those days i want to add chocolate syrup to it! :smile:

For some reason when it's colder weather I want milkshakes. I would LOVE to just order a freakin' large chocolate shake (with whipped cream and the cherry) and a double cheeseburger! :love: Can you tell I haven't had cheeseburgers or milkshakes in forever? :ohwell:

I don't like the "ripped" look on females or males. I like some muscle definition on arms and legs and back for both sexes. I think people should do what they want (healthy way of course). I personally want just definition somewhere other than my legs only! :smile: i do admire the hard work dedicated to those "ripped"…
