Way to go! You look amazing! You mom would be so proud of you!

I'm a stay at home as well. I would load them up in the stroller and go for walks pushing the stroller. Then I have my own body weight plus theirs. I would also bring them to my parent's house and they would watch them while I did the elliptical. They are now almost 7 and almost 10, so with a little patience I can get…

I just finished Slim in 6 and have been doing Keep it Up. It kicked my butt! I have a love/hate relationship with Debbie.

I am still doing it. I'm on my last two weeks. How are you doing?

Jagermiester and I got sick drunk off Bicardi 151 and Goldschlagger (alternating between the two, so not either of those anymore)

My first toon is a female, blood elf hunter named Olectri. I still play her from time to time, but lately I've been leveling my undead Warlock.

Hi, New here. I didn't even realize this group existed. Yay! I play WoW, Minecraft and more recently started trying Diablo 3 for free to try.

That would definately be tough to resist. I love Panera! I guess if I really wanted one, I would try and be happy with half a bagel. Or go in the corner and pout.

I hear what you are saying! My breasts are the last place I want to loose weight, but I'm willing to live with it if it means I can wear a smaller size jeans.
-
I decided that I want to look and feel better about myself. I also want to be able to be active and keep up with my boys. No ah ha moment yet. Each jean size I drop, I decided that I don't want to go backwards anymore.

Me!

Feel free to add me. I also have a fitbit. Not sure how to add friends yet. Just got it.

I'm 211 lbs. and I used a calculator to figure out how many calories my body needed for my height and weight to function. It turned out to be about 1700-1800 calories. I dropped it down to 1550. It was so hard for me the first week or so. I even cried because I wasn't used to it. It has gotten a little easier and I've been…

I am on Day 4 of Week 2. So far I really like this workout. It kicks my butt, but doesn't push me to the point where I can't handle it. Kinda nervous about the second level.

I'm on Week 2 and still am enjoying it. I'm a little nervous about the next level, as Start it Up still get me out of breath. I like that it is just enough to kick my butt, but not over doing it.

#1 Being cold all the time. #2 Frustrated that healthier food is more expensive than crap (my husband comlains about how much heathy food costs all the time). #3 Trying to stay within my calorie goal, but being hungry all the time. My TDEE is 2366 and my calorie goal is 1560. I would like to loose 30lbs and or be under…

Hi! I'm from southeastern VT. It is an on going weight loss journey for me. I went down a jean size from last year, so that is one victory. I just completed day 2 of Slim in 6. Feel free to add me if you'd like.

Getting ready to order Slim in 6 and wondering how people like it so far and if they are seeing any results. I was leaning towards this because it is low impact.

Just started Day 1 today! Very excited to see how I do. I tried it out on youtube and enjoyed it so much that I had to buy it. I like the fact that it is like dancing. I really like Zumba as well.

You look fantastic! You are obviously doing something right, so keep up the good work.

Great work, you look fantastic! My final kick in the butt was last year when I was asked to be the Matron of Honor (I hate the word "Matron", it makes me feel old) in my cousin's wedding. I started to exercise 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. I would wake up, get the kids dressed, get them breakfast and then…

I have the problem of being cold all the time as well. I haven't had that problem lately, as it is summer, but in the cooler months I am cooler than everyone else. Having gone down a pant size and not having the scale move much is probably the hardest for me. I went from a 16 to a 14 and had to buy new clothes, but the…

Ahahaha! Great movie!

I'm not a fan of exercise either, but have found I enjoy doing Tae Bo, and Zumba. I go on Youtube and look up the type of exercise i'm looking for and have gotten pretty lucky to find the videos I enjoy. I used to love Curves, but can no longer afford it. Now I do between 30-40 mins. 5 days a week of either zumba, tae bo…
