Fitbit Blaze

@lovlylady126 Wow. Now, I'm kinda jealous I didn't get the device. I do wonder though once it is removed if your hunger will return to normal or if after a year you will be used to it and it won't be a challenge to continue the same way.

Whatever works for the household. I have been on both sides of the fence so to speak. I was a stay at home mom until my youngest(boys ages 9 and 12) entered kindergarten and money was too tight for me to continue to stay home. I loved being a SAHM for many reasons(I was able to attend day events at school, be at home in…

I have a Fitbit Blaze. I upgraded to that from the Charge HR. I really liked the Charge HR, but it started bubbling and I didn't like the option to just replace the band. With the Blaze, I can do that. I also like that it will vibrate and remind me to move every hour. I have a desk job and sometimes get busy and forget to…

@lovlylady126 I'm sorry you are having cramping. Did they give you anything for them? I know I got a prescription for cramping and one for nausea.

I'm 5'4" and a half and like another posted said, that half counts. I'm looking to lose at least 60lbs long term, but short term I'm looking to get to onederland, which is about 20lbs away.

Weekends are my down fall.

I was wondering this as well. As part of a research study I participated in they are providing me with 6 months of WW Online for free. It doesn't make sense to me that you can eat as many fruits and veggies as you want and not gain weight because of the calorie difference between sizes. I get that you would be filling up…

@lovlylady126 Good luck today! You'll do fine! @smithebeth I won't lie, the first three days were tough. I had a cold when I went for my procedure, so that didn't help. I think the hardest part was having to drink all my calories. I got bored and didn't look forward to meals.

So I had my un blinding on the 25th and I did not receive the device. I didn't think I had it, so I wasn't surprised or disappointed. Hopefully, I will receive my Weight Watcher's gift card soon, so I can get started on that. I had the option to receive the device once it was approved and I declined because I want to wait…

Hi @WickedMotivated! I have family that lived in South Berwick.

I currently have several projects going, as I have a very bad habit of starting one, putting it down and forgetting where I was and something else will catch my eye. Anyone else have this problem?

I have not heard of this. I will have to look into it. I have played the tabletop version of 7 Wonders, Mysterium and Elder Sign.

January 24th is my last appointment and also my unblinding. I will find out that day if I have the device or not and if I need an endoscopy the following week. I'm excited, but can't believed how fast it has gone. I don't think I have the device and if I do, I'll be disappointed because I haven't lost as much as I hoped I…

@smithebeth, I'm so sorry.

@smithebeth I will keep my fingers/toes/legs all crossed for you. The only exercise guide I was giving was to aim for 10, 000 steps a day. My dietician said that realistically, start with what I was currently doing (closer to 5,000) and aim to increase it every week, even if it was just by 100 steps extra and try to work…

I have used Beachbody workouts in the past and have had some luck. I haven't used Shakeology because of the high price and I like to eat my meals when possible. I don't sell any of the above and have never used the It Works.

Welcome @BlondeButtercup127!

Hi @brp1627, I am having the same issue with my weight fluctuating. Also, like you I don't get as full as quickly as I did initially. I have my 9 month f/u on the 16th.

I have my ear lobes pierced, my upper ear and 5 tattoos(left outer and inner ankle, right foot, left and right wrists) and in January I am going to get #6.
