I did the C25K back in 2008 and was never a runner previously. I'm running around 15-20 miles per week now!

ditto. I dont see a difference when I workout in the AM or the PM.

I gave up coffee for other reasons. But drinking it never really had an effect on weight loss. To be honest, I know I'm better off without caffeine but I dont feel any different than I did. I'm still always tired!!!
