Yes you will see your weight fluctuate, especially on a daily basis. For instance I started at 158.6 and shot up to 161! No worries! I strongly reccomend measuring your inches! Yeah! I usually get the 0cal water flavours, it helps me so much! (the walmart equivalent brand) cheaper then crystal light :)

Yes to 2 prior posters w/hungry AFTER workout! I'm definitely hungrier on the days I work out! I don't do Yoga for the "mind" or spiritual at all. I LOVE how it stretches out your body. I love the physical aspect of it. And how it works to flatten and tone your muscles! LOVE IT!!! :) P.S. I'm jealous, I'd love a class on the beach!!!

Thank you both! Yes I agree it's totally addicting, once I log on, I don't want to log off! I like looking ahead and I use the meal tracker to charty what I *plan* to eat for the day, wow what a difference! I can see where I'm going or where the meal choices are taking me! It's awesome!
