  • Thanks. I am eating at a deficit, and really not hungry, eating healthy stuff. My back surgeon told me to strengthen core, of course i had no idea what it meant. she did say no heavy lifting. i will check out the videos suggested.

I see you take chromium and Cinammon..mostly supplements and a Slim fast in the morning? Can you add maybe a hard boiled egg? some whole wheat toast with PB?   • Just get back on and do it..For me i think it would be great to be single and lose weight..wouldnt have to cook full meals for the hubby ..a soup or salad will be dinner for me and thats it..

I lost 55 lbs and was down to a size 8-10 jeans..I set my own goals and I set my way of eating. I didnt starve myself BUT i didnt go over 1200 cal a day.. I didnt go to the gym…

  • I use ground turkey, Fat Free western dressing, and reduced fat Shredded cheese. Low fat or fat free sour cream and avocados to top it off

  • Any cardio that makes your HR is good :-) Taking advantage of these "little things" start to add up at the end of the day :)
  • I weigh myself every morning, I am basically at the goal weight but I want to lose about 10 more, so getting on that scale every morning keeps me on track or lets me see where I need to tighten up a bit from the previous day.
