Did you click "Complete this entry" at the bottom of your food diary for the day? That's when I see what that message.

Okay, answered my own question. Lol (Can only edit for an hour...after that, too late). So here is today's update. Silly question... do I need to post a new post each time? Or can I edit the original? (I could edit yesterday it seems but not today?) Anyway, if I CAN edit, please teach me how. I am usually technologically-inclined but not so much in 2020, I guess. Lol

Hope you don't mind if I join you. Maybe this will help me stay focused. I'll be sure to weigh in tomorrow morning. Female, age 45 from La Crosse, Wisconsin Original starting weight Dec 2019: 197.8 pounds January 2020 starting weight: Goal weight this month January 2020: 190 lbs Target goal weight:- 170 (obviously…

I'm okay with others using them. These people have been ultra-pushy though. I seriously would love to see a reality show that compares two groups that have the same diet and exercise plan, one that take Advocare products and one that doesn't. I'm willing to bet that the Advocare advocates wouldn't fare any better.

And now I want avocados :)

I agree! These are actually my Facebook "friends," so people I know in real life. I just can't believe how each of them (six of my friends so far) do not take no for an answer. I literally have to tell each of them off before they leave me alone. They get pissy and resentful with me and start hating on me. Lol Drives me…

Lol Now people SHOULD push avocados! LOVE them! Advocare is a company that sells nutritional supplements.

I have not read all of the posts. Here is what I do know though. I have lost 31 lbs. I wear a heart rate monitor when I work out. When I worked out six months ago at 31 lbs more, I would burn 700 calories easily in an hour of either spinning, running, or step aerobics. Now that I have lost weight, I burn about 475 calories…

You can change your goal from 10,000 to whatever you want.. A heart rate monitor is really only good for workouts where you get your heart rate up to a certain level. I think the Fitbit would actually serve you better based on your current health situation.

If you put meat in your salad, try bbq sauce. Delicious! Still high in sugar, but most are fat free.
