I have used BBL... it did not make it look like the girls in the infomercial however it was higher and firmer.

Amazing! Great job! You are a true inspiration to those of us who are struggling and feel as though it will never get better!
-
Best thred ever! I saved them all to a "motivation" folder on my laptop!

I bought it and did it religiously for about 2 months. I did not see much movement on the scale but I did see a difference in my bottom! Now... dont get me wrong... it looked NOTHING like the girls on the infomercial however it was higher and a bit tighter. It's a fun dvd and gets you sweating. Just after 2 months... I was…

I always pre-log my dinners (since I always have them planned the day before) so this way i know what I can and can not eat during the day... I never pre-log my workouts. I log them once I finish my workout.

Good Luck, Stay Motivated, Track everything, Drink lots of water and Workout!!! When in doubt... get on MFP.. everyone is so helpful and motivating. Together we can do this!!!! :)

I'm the same way. I can not eat back my exercise calories... it's like there was no reason for me to workout as I dont lose anything when I do that! I eat 1450 a day and strive to workout at least 4 days a week for 25-30 mins now (I'm just starting) and in 2 weeks my goal is 1 hr a day for 4 days.

You look amazing!!!! What an inspiration! :flowerforyou:

Mine have been killing me when I workout! My teeth, jaws and gums ache so bad. I make sure I'm not clenching but wondered what it was.. now I know! Thanks!!!! Good to know it will get better as I get in better shape!!

I'm 5'11" and my goal is to go down to 160.... then maybe down to 150 as I loved the way I looked when I was 150... but I would be estatic if I could weigh 160!!!!!!!!!

I'm the same way. I dont have much support at work or home and it's hard to stay on track when everyone always wants to eat foods that are really bad for me. I also dont ever workout because I'm tired and lazy when I get home and cook dinner... all I want is to lay on the couch and turn on the tv.... I need to force myself…

I love this thread! I'm 5'11" and currently weight 209. I was at my highest at 212. I HATE the way I look and feel. When I first met my husband, I was 149 and really thin... I dont have to get down to that as I know that was over 7 years ago and my body has changed,... but my goal is to be 160. I have a wedding to go to in…

I saw that!!! Congrats! I just ordered his inside out dvd set... I can't wait to try them!

Amazing!!! You are an inspiration!

Awesome! My friend has lost a ton of weight on the blood type diet. I don't follow it strictly (type O+ - the Hunter type) as I love my carbs and dairy... but I do try to eat a bit more protien and then everything in moderation. Keep it up!

I sweat a lot more now that I am heavier as well. I guess you dont realize how out of shape you are untill you do something small and you're huffing and puffing. That was my major wakeup call for me! Clinical Secret works best for me.

I do not log cleaning such as dusting, bathrooms, vaccuuming, etc... however I do log when I mow the lawn and work in the yard as sometimes I am more out of breath from that than I am on the treadmill or eliptical!!

Hello. My name is " I will never use food as a crutch ever again. Health is most important and everything else will just fall into place."

I am right there with you. My intentions are good however I have NO will power at all. Everyone around me counts their calories, never cheats, works out faithfully... and I mean to... I want to... but I don't. I think you are on the right track by acknowledging it... and 2 drinks minimum is hard to do when you are out for…

I suggest to use the self tanner by Bliss or by Fake Bake. Both are not orange at all and are the most natural looking self tanners. Trust me.... I have tried them all and these are by far the best looking!!! Keep moisturing through the week to make it look fresh and last as long as possible!

I went to the concert this summer in Orlando, Florida... No joke... it was THE BEST concert I have ever been to in my entire life! It was amazing!!! You are going to have so much fun!!!!!!!

Try to eat no later then 7pm... it will give your body a chance to digest it and burn for energy.... if you just go right to bed, it will barely burn and turn into fat. I have tried this and it really does work! water water water after 7pm....

I feel like you wrote this post for me! I am so good all week long... at work and in the evening counting each calorie and making sure I am at my goal.... then the weekend comes.... and it all goes down hill from there. By the time Monday comes, I get on the scale and any weight I lost over the week is already back and…

I love B12 shots. They are great for your helath and energy. They are a natural way to boost your energy if you are feeling sluggish. I did not see any weight loss difference however. If you decided to get them.. ask what kind of B12 they are using as the most common B12 is cyanocobalamin which is made with cyanide!!!

I'm with ya! I am 29 and have gained 60 lbs in the past 7 years... I am now at my all time heaviest and just misrable. My husband and I are over it and want to lose the weight we have gainned however it gets really frustrating as he cuts back 2 days and loses 8 lbs and I gain?!?!?! WTF? So.. I am trying not to pay…

I'm in FL and all we got was some wind and a little rain.. nothing bad at all. Our summer storms are way worse. Praying for those on the northern coast as it looks like they will be hit pretty hard.

Greek yogurt is great and it really does fill you up! It's good with pomegranite seeds or raspberries on it. Another yummy way is with granola and honey. Enjoy!

Hey. I understand the frustration and the yo-yo dieting. I have been doing it all my life and being a tall girl as well (5'11"), I always feel over weight and gross compared to my small, petite friends. I have been doing this for about 3-4 weeks now and have lost 5 lbs. The trick is to make sure you eat all of your…

I am 5'11" and MFP gave me a daily goal of 1200 calories as well.

** Note - I am a beginner, so these are my reviews coming from a beg point of view. Turbo Jam - they are fun... a little hard to follow at first but once you get the hang of it, they are great. I am dripping in sweat by the time I am done and according to the exercise database... this burns a ton of calories (under…
