Hiiii! I'm a teenager too :) The best motivation is getting through the first couple of weeks. After I lost 10lbs in four weeks I was well up for the rest of the journey.

Hi! Well done on the daily workout :D I had the same issue as you with keeping on track and keeping up the motivation. I used Susan Hepburn's Hypnodiet daily meditation.
