Week 2 Starting weight was 148.8. Last week I weighed in at 144.4. this week I gained 1.6 lbs and weigh 146 . I am focusing on stopping negative self-talk in it's tracks and turning those negative thoughts around into something positive. Most of the challenge for me is mental - We can do this!!!!
