Monkey's right, take a day off with the boyfriend. Then get your head back into 30DS. I think I'm back to doing my doubles, elbow seems to be pretty good. But I'm not risking using weights for about another week, just to be safe. :happy:

Personally, I did it every day for 30 days (only missed two days because of work) I did do some extra cardio (15 min on bike) and more stretching than the video. I have many health issues (arthritis, knees, back, neck ...) and I did 30DS without too many problems. Yes, I was sore. Ice, massage. menthol muscle rub and hot baths helped alot (plus meds). I was using 3 pounds on Level 3, and I messed up a tendon in my elbow doing the boxing. So now I have 'tennis elbow' and can't use any weights for a few weeks. Be careful with level 3, all cardio is done with weights.

I was starting to get worried about the ghost. I half fill my bottles and freeze them. Sometimes my bottles make funny noises and it takes me a few minutes to figure out the source of the sound. Thanks for a good laugh.
