  • I made it 7 days and started eating again last Friday. Tried to stick to veggies, but ended up not doing so well. Back to juice today, had a protein smoothie at the gym this morning and a salad at lunch. Was feeling like crap with not having juice for 4 days - can't believe how much my body craves it.
  • My husband and I were inspired by Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and are on Day 3 of our juice fast. I am amazed at how good I feel but I am not eating any food! I was able to work out for an hour with my trainer this morning. She isn't crazy about the idea of the fast but isn't negative about my decision to do it.
