Last weeks weight was 180.2lbs * This weeks weight is 177.8lbs * Loss of 2.4lbs!! Im very pleased with this, especially because its my TOM as well!

Ive been good all week with eating and drinking 90oz water a day for the challenge even though its my TOM, but im dreading tomorrows weigh in because today i went out with girl mates for food and ate a harvester mixed grill!!!!! although im still just within my calorie count for today im worried that due to the mixed grill…

Thanks Cris the water info was interesting! And im def trying to stick with ur challenge this week, especially because i did rubbish at the sit-up challenge last week! :ohwell: Im using UK measures. Im 180lbs Iv got a 750ml water bottle that i fill up. So how many of these would i need a day to reach this challenges…

Heya the chart is amazin thanks Allie!! I have had abit of an alcohol indulging weekend with a heavy night last night! I have gotta be careful today that I dont eat a pile of junk to cure my hangover now! I have also completed Heathers challenge: Fri - Swam 1km Sat - Swam 2km Sun - Walked 3miles Mon - Swam 1.5km Have lost 2lbs this week so feeling motivated!! :smile:
