You can feel free to add me. I have my diary open. I just eat my calories and workout. I adjusted my calorie goal to 1560 because 1200 is just too low for me. I honestly don't consider myself on a diet. I eat what I want, when I want. I workout 6 days a week. There are days I am in the negative. Usually on the weekends.…

I agree you need to eat more. You need to do this the healthy way otherwise you are either going to make yourself sick or you are going to give up. Unless you have had weightloss surgery there is no need to eat so few calories.

That is so true! Great post!

I don't have a set time either. It hasn't stopped me from losing or sleeping.

I am also a stay at home mom of an extremley active 2 year old and a 1st grader. I have my activity set to sedentary and I will log 1 hour cleaning everyday. I also workout hard 6x's a week so I know I am far from sedentary. But that is what works for me. I have lost almost 40 pounds with MFP and almost 80 pounds in total.…

There is a group called Turbo Fire Hotties. You should find lots of success stories there. I am on week 7 and LOVING it. I am down 10 pounds. The first couple of weeks I was losing inches but no scale movement. Then I started to lose about 2 pounds per week. Best of luck to you!

Nope not cutting anything out. Just cutting back on portions.

I usually have an omelet for breakfast that has cottage cheese, egg whites, whole egg, bacon, a little milk and tomatoes. For lunch I make a greek pita pizza that has hummus, tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers, banana peppers and lettuce. Dinner is usually a meat, veggie and sweet potatoes. I have 2-3 snacks a day. 1st snack…

I did p90x and hated it! I don't care for Tony Horton though. I love Chalene Johnson. She is a great motivator! I always look forward to doing turbo fire. Add me if you want some turbo buddies!

Good for you! I agree, in my case exercise came first then the healthy eating just fell into place.

You do not look 40 at all! Maybe late 20's.

I do not believe she lost 100 pounds from this. She mentions she works out in the pool. I am guessing this is where the real weight loss came from. They don't even live in the same state! Not buying it. :noway:

My 6 yr old used to be very picky. Only until recently have I been able to get him to eat more veggies. Over the years I always put some on his plate, it really wasn't until he saw his little brother and kids at school eating them that he wanted to eat them. We also talk alot about healthy foods and why we should eat our…

Great work!!

I would suggest you go back to logging everything you eat no matter what it is or how much of it you eat. I think visually seeing how much I put into my body gets me right back on track. Remember you can always close your diary if you don't want people to see it or if you feel you may not be 100% honest with yourself. Best…

I personally spent ALOT of money each week on food. It was nice to follow, I did it for about 3 months, but it was not something I could stick with long term. I did not see much weight loss either.

I am still going strong on Turbo Fire. I have not missed a single day! I started week 4 today, its so addictive!

Do you have your goal set to lose 2 pounds per week? If so, you may want to change it to lose 1 pound per week. This will allow you more daily calories. Also if you are getting in exercise you can eat back some or all of the calories you burned from it. My calories are set at 1200 and I usually eat back some of my exercise…

I am in the middle of week 3 and I LOVE it! Its so much fun and I have already lost 6 pounds!

If you get some exercise in, you can eat back some of your calories. That is what I do. My goal is set to 1200, but when I eat back my exercise calories for the day I usually eat between 1300-1500 calories a day.

Fantasic job!

I think it depends on the age. But I think that you would look great! I like the the pink fading into blond look!

Since you are still taking it easy on your tooth. I love slicing up a banana, putting some chocolate pudding on top and a little cool whip. Yummy!
