I stuck to the schedule as much as I could. I would have to move rest days around, but I almost always stuck to the 6 days a week. Just not exactly in the order it is on the schedule. Just check off the workout you did and move on to the next one when you can. I didn't start seeing the scale drop until around week 3. Then…

Turbo Fire is 6 days a week. There are a lot of dvds w/ the program. Its not usually more than an hour though. There are some days that it is around 40-45 min. Depending on whats on the schedule.

I also am thinking of doing the hybrid w/ turbo fire and clx after insanity. I purchased clx a few weeks ago. It looks like a great workout schedule! Good luck :)

Thanks for your kind words everyone! I did not follow her meal program. I just ate healthy and tried to eat a balanced diet. I worked my calories up from 1500 to 2100 over the 3 months of using turbo fire. I also had/have my macros set at 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fat.

Nope I just did the basic. I am doing insanity right now then moving on to clx. I also lift weights though. I am getting a squat stand so I can start stronglifts 5x5. I am scared I will hurt myself lifting heavy without it lol.

It was a 90 program. However I did have to push a few days back due to a death in the family and I also got sick for a for a few days. I still did all the days on the schedule, it just took me about a week longer. So it was Nov 24th thru Feb 27th
