I just finished my last day today. I lost 17 pounds and 19.5 inches. Make sure you are taking your measurments. 6 pounds is exactly what I had lost at 7 weeks. I am VERY pleased with my results. Just stick w/ it! Good luck.

It does sound wrong to eat more and still lose. But it really does work! Do some searching on the forums. I started with "In place of a road map" It made a lot more sense to me after reading that. I changed my calorie goal to almost 2000 per day. 1200 was way too low for me. Not something I could stick with.

Turbo Fire is pretty intense. Maybe in the first trimester it would be ok, or using the modifications? I would check with your doctor to be sure though. Better safe then sorry! Good luck to you!

I just delete them. I have a note in my profile stating that I delete friends for this. It is amazing how many people think that eating 800 calories a day is healthy for them. Especially when they are working out! I would love to be able to tell people that they don't have to starve themselves to lose weight. But people…

I log everything the night before. I focus alot on my macros so that takes some time to plan.

I am getting ready to start week 11. It has been so much fun. I have lost 18 inches and 16 pounds so far. I decided not to do the advanced yet. I am moving on to Insanity once I finish up this schedule. I am hoping turbo has prepared me enough for it! Best of luck to you! It does get easier but never easy!

I have never set a certain time to stop eating by. It hasn't stopped my weightloss. I try to eat every few hours, but if i'm hungry I eat, as long as I don't go over my calories.

I burn about 600 calories with Turbo Fire. Some times more or a little less. Its alot of fun. I have lost 18 inches in 10 weeks and 16 pounds.

I have to agree. I ate 1200 for the first 3 months and worked out like a mad woman and was not losing. I now eat around 1550-1900 calories and I lose 1-2 pounds per week. I found out what my BMR was (1550) and I eat back some of my exercise calories. It works and I still get to enjoy my favorite foods! Now its a lifestyle…

I make 2 meals at dinner, one for hubby and one for me and the kids. My husband is a picky eater so he won't try all the things I make.

I am 5'7 177 wearing a size 12 also. Of course it depends on the brand. I went into the dressing room the other day and some 12's were too big, some were just right and some were too small. I wish they were all the same.

Trust me there is no need to eat so little. You may be happy stepping on that scale and seeing the numbers move quickly, but in the long wrong run you are doing more harm. If you go about this the right way you will be less likely to gain weight back in the future.

How long have you been watching your calories? Do you log everything that you eat and are you sure the portions are correct? I also have a little one. He just turned 2yrs this month. I joined a gym last year and was faithfully going for about 6 months. However gas got very expensive since the gym was not close to my home.…

This will happen to me during HIIT workouts. Not always but sometimes. It's not like I am even thinking about anything that would make me cry. lol. I just start getting all choked up and tears start falling. It's a good thing I workout at home and no one can see me.
