At first, I did log the gum, but I think I probably burn the 5 calories in a piece of Trident Sugarless Gum just chewing it...I don't log it anymore. If the gum has sugar in it, I would log it. Definitely not! Drink up! I think you cut back so much that one Mt Dew to reward yourself isn't bad at all. My father drinks Diet Mt Dew because he is diabetic, but be careful because it can be addicting and soda isn't good for you. My dad probably drinks at least a 6-pack of it a day.
